Hartdale Park Red Deer Farm Venison

The products that are listed below are freshly available each week, however if you do not see the specific cut you are after, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you!  

There is generally no minimum order required and your order can be pre-packaged and portioned to your requirements. You even get to choose if you would like your product freshly cryovaced or frozen. Orders over $50 that are collected from a farmers’ market will also receive a 5% discount.

Please also note that the burgers and our entire range of sausages are ‘Gluten Free’. We do not add any extra fat to them either; making them all naturally very lean – now that’s got to be good for you! We will also provide you with nutritional information for them.
